Special terms

Cashback is only given to new customers for Samawa when they make their first purchase and thus only once per person / member. No discount codes may be used.

Please note that there is a delay of the cashback of 2-7 days from the purchase until the cashback is put in as Samawa must match that you are not a customer before. If you did not receive your cashback, please wait at least one week days from the purchase until you contact us about missing cashback. If after one week you have not received your cashback, please send a welcome letter and order confirmation to our customer service.

When do I get my cashback?

Your cashback is deposited into your cashback account as soon as the purchase is registered which usually goes relatively quickly. If you have not received cashback after 48 hours, please send the order confirmation to info@cashbackcart.ae and we will help you to re-register the purchase.

Your cashback will be available for withdrawal once we have received payment from Samawa, which takes on average 2 months. If it has been more than 3 months since you made your purchase, you can contact us and we will check the status of your purchase. If your cashback is incoming and it has been less than 3 months since your purchase, we ask you to wait as it is because we have not been paid for your purchase yet.

What to think about?

Go to the store and complete the purchase without leaving the store or visiting other sites before the purchase is completed as it may cause your cashback not to be registered. Any adblockers must be turned off and cookies must be allowed by the browser and the device you are using for the purchase to be tracked.
